I hopped on the scale this morning just because, and I'm at 230.6 lbs. My first mini goal is to get below the 230's and I'm almost there. I can't wait to start adding in some cardio next week.
Meals:
Breakfast – Dunkin egg white cheddar and bacon omelets and sausage
Lunch – Cheeseburger and spinach
Dinner – Cobb salad
