I made it through another successful Induction and I'm so proud of myself. This has been a long time coming and I finally committed and stayed the course. I won't weight again until the end of the month. I'll start power walking around the neighborhood and doing more exercises to tone up. Weight - 228.8 lbs

Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage
Lunch - Chef salad with balsamic dressing
Dinner -Sauteed bell peppers and onions with beef
