A week of low carb eating has been great to me. I can feel difference mentally and physically. Today I will start walking and plan to continue for 3 days a week to start. I'll incorporate some weights pretty soon and add another day of cardio as time goes on.
Meals:
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with cheese and baconLunch - Salad with a bun-less burger
Dinner - Lemon pepper wings and celery sticks
