I'm feeling much better this morning and have a bit more energy. I decided to hop on the scale being that I'm halfway through Induction. My current weight is 232.8 lbs. I'm down 6.4 lbs as of now. I feel lighter and my pants that I'm wearing today are a tad bit looser. I'll take any accomplishment, as long as I'm headed in the right direction. I plan to incorporate some evening walks next week for 30 minutes.
Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage
Lunch - Salad with shrimp, pecans, and Balsamic dressing
Dinner - Steak and spinach
