A few days away from low carb eating, for two weeks. I am satisfied with the weight loss thus far, as I haven't been able to really exercise with my cycle. I expect a drop in weight after it is over. Nevertheless, I am following my plan, eating good foods, and feeling great.
Meals:
Breakfast - Beef sausage with cheese cubes
Lunch - Salad with mojo rotisserie chicken
Dinner - Lemon pepper wings and ranch dip
