Day 14 Induction

I made it through another successful Induction. I feel great and can definitely see the progress. I need to add more exercise, but I have been getting in almost 10,000 steps a day. I’m really looking forward to reaching my goal weight this time around. 

Meals:
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Bunless cheeseburger and iced coffee
Dinner - Steak and spinach
