I’m up to 2,000 plus steps while at work this morning. I feel great and my Generous Cafe crew said a great prayer for me. I also got a new iced coffee drink idea at work with some cinnamon added for taste.

Breakfast - Omelette with bacon and veggies
Lunch - Bunless cheeseburger
Dinner - Spinach and rotisserie chicken
