Today was a bit of a struggle as I started my period and wasn't feeling my best. I still managed to run a few errands in-between work and made it to an early dinner and church prayer service with a few ladies. I did feel really bloated and uncomfortable. I made it through and will continue on tomorrow.
Meals:
Breakfast - Iced cold brew coffee and bacon
Dinner/Early - Beehive bowl with broccoli, steak, and chicken
