I woke up feeling a little better than yesterday, and made it into the office for work. I feel so much lighter and I'm so proud of the progress I have made thus far. I still have a ways to go, but getting started is the hardest part. This way of eating has lots of benefits and lifelong choices are able to be made. I can see the finish line this time around.
Meals:
Breakfast - Iced cold brew coffee and bacon
Lunch - Beehive leftover bowl with broccoli, steak, and chicken
Dinner - Shrimp scampi with a salad
