I'm feeling a little better from the keto flu as they call it. I'm not taking any medicine, as I don't want to have any hidden ingredients that are in them. I'm sure the cough syrup is full of sugar if not sugar-free. I've been drinking lots of water to stay hydrated, it's helping a lot.
Meals:
Breakfast – Scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon
Lunch – Cheeseburger and lettuce
Dinner – Broccoli and lemon pepper rotisserie chicken
